Big Dog AI is a software-as-a-service platform sold as recurring monthly subscriptions, with one-time setup fees and optional add-ons depending on the plan. This page explains how to cancel and how to submit refund or billing requests.

You can request cancellation of your subscription at any time by contacting Big Dog AI customer support using the details below. Please include your business name and the email address on your account so we can find your subscription.

Cancellation timing, any remaining billing period, and the treatment of setup fees are handled according to your agreement or order terms.

Setup fees are one-time charges separate from your recurring subscription. Whether any part of a setup fee or subscription charge is refundable is determined by your agreement or order terms.

Advertising spend is separate from your Big Dog AI subscription and is paid to the advertising platform directly.

If you believe you were charged in error or would like to request a refund, contact customer support. We review each request against your agreement or order terms and respond with the outcome.
