Big Dog AI is a software platform for home-service businesses. These terms govern the use of the platform by businesses and describe what customers can expect when they interact with a business through it.

Businesses that use Big Dog AI are responsible for their own services, estimates, appointments and customer communications. Big Dog AI provides the software they use to do that.

Business users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for using the platform lawfully. Accounts are for the business they were created for, and business data is kept separate between accounts.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that misuse the platform, violate these terms, or violate applicable messaging laws and carrier rules.

When you submit a service request through a business's form, that business prepares and provides the services, estimates and appointments. Big Dog AI does not provide the home services itself and does not set prices or schedules. Dates, times and pricing are confirmed by the business, not by the platform.

The platform is provided as-is. Big Dog AI does not guarantee leads, bookings, savings or business results. Statements generated by the platform's AI tools follow the instructions of the business using them and are the business's responsibility to review before publishing.

• Users who opt in may receive customer-service, inquiry, appointment, estimate, scheduling, and related transactional messages.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can reply STOP to opt out.
• You can reply HELP for help.
• Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase.
• You can contact the business through the support or contact method the business provided to you.
• Big Dog AI and participating businesses are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by mobile carriers.
